I just read about a guy that few have ever heard of, but he seemed to be a busy boy around 1970.


"f there's one thing you're likely to know about Tony Burrows, it's that he's the only man to appear on a single episode of Top of the Pops three times with three separate bands. That was in early 1970 when his session-career was at its peak and records by The Brotherhood of Man ('United We Stand'), White Plains ('My Baby Loves Loving'), Edison Lighthouse ('Love Grows Where My Rosemary Goes') and The Pipkins ('Gimme Dat Ding') were all in the charts together. "
