But really...I haven't used that many things. In my first college odyssey I used Scour Media Agent with a friend of mine - you never knew, though, when things were going to time out, error, etc. A lot of the time it would take 10+ tries to get something. Things weren't nearly as available as they would be on Napster. Speaking of which, shortly thereafter we found Nap, and just about died when it would hit 100,000 files available.

When I finally got a computer at home Nap was the first thing I used (2.0 BETA 6 by then - May 2000), and saw availability continue to rise, and eventually, ebb into nonexistence. Late in the game with Nap I got Napigator.

I continued to use Napigator with WinMX, which I started using right around the start of 2001 with 1.81 beta. If I ever get connectivity restored I'll use that duo again.

Sometime in the summer I tried Morpheus out since so many people were giving raves about it. It wasn't for me, though, and I quickly ditched it. That's about it, really.
