Every 2 term president in the history of this country has had these non-scandal scandals pop up in their second term, to act as if it's strictly a Republican problem shows either willfull ignorance of history or a straight up attempt at deceit. It's even worse now that the Dem golden boy got caught breaking the law and nearly lost his job for it, that sent them into full blown dementia.
And how is this any different than the way government has worked since...well forever? We're all still paying for Democrats (specifically FDR) bloat of the government, and that was over 60 years ago. Anything the republicans have done pales in comparison to needless government expansion under Democratic leadership.

9-11 showed clearly that coordination between intelligence agencies was badly needed. DHS and the Patriot ACT facilitated that. It was needed, unlike useless Democrat created agencies like the DoE.
Katrina was a local problem first, and the Democrats in charge at the state level failed. The Democrats even at the city level failed. Nagin let 200 school buses sit and get flooded instead of ordering them used in the evacuation. That's incompetance. Funny how that when Florida is hit by a hurricane, as we often are, things work out pretty well, orderly evacuation, adequate shelters, supplies, maybe that's because we have state leadership that aren't walking bungholes like the Dem leadership in LA.

read a paper. Bush has the authority to declassify info as he sees fit. He did that and it was released.

Wrong, he said he'd fire anyone that leaked Plame's name. At this point it's looking more and more like she wasn't even covert and the info came from the press anyway.
In your rush to hate you've confused two different things, which is understandable since the media is trying their best to tie them together. The NIE "leak" was declassified info used to show Joe Wilson was a liar about Iraq and Niger, info he by the way admitted was correct in his book. The Plame "leak" was...well whatever the hell it is.
Once again, releasing declassified info isn't leaking.
