Well if I managed to lose an album after downloading it, I would consider it my own fault and pay another dollar to redownload it, if the album was worth it. I am of course talking about non-DRM albums in public and open formats like mp3 & ogg that I can back up freely and use as I wish. Any DRM wrappers and related usage limitations would make the album virtually worthless for me, and I wouldn't buy it or download it in the first place.
