As some of you may know from my previous posts, I have long had trouble with the file transfer function in MSN Messenger, and more recently, Windows Messenger (I changed OS to WinXP in the hope that it would cure the problem). Imagine my reaction when I latched onto this in Google http://www.terapod.com/fr/frfaq.asp
Aha, thought I, here's the answer to all my prayers, so I downloaded the application for trial. Didn't work, did it? No, it gave me an error message when I installed it. Did the usual - uninstall and reinstall - still no go. Back to the manufacturer's website - check FAQ - sure enough, "my" error was one of the first listed. Tried the fix - didn't work. Send email to the support address, and wait (that was 11/9). No answer or acknowledgement, so another e-mail sent 11/13. Still no answer or acknowledgement. Send another email 11/18 - guess what?
Sorry, I can't afford cigars for all the correct answers! Still not a damn word from those people.
Does anybody seriously think the product worth buying? I don't
