as you've probably seen by now, all the networks here are small and run with people very well known to each other (see above post to member "wasted" for instance). some people here
may be opening that up a bit for the newer members, but that's still being tossed around. should things change you'll receive a pm.
in the meantime, go ahead and start your own group. with all your content you won't have any trouble getting members! while you're at it, take a look around our forums, there's a lot going on here in addition to waste.
