i think it's fine with this.
- it's proved by judge that it works and is nice.
- if something's proved by judge that it is nice it soon will become law that it has to work
- since it stops working if users do not share, those brake the law
- conclusion: in near future, those will be sentenced, who do not share - at least by Judge §. Wilson
(heard, surprisingly he bought a 100GB harddisk and got himself a T1 connection recently)
