UMMM...there IS a thread on ES5 in
the p2p forum....
if you want a buggy client with NO RESUME
that is over 4meg bloated with shit
that most p2p folk really dont need

if you MUST spam this in every forum
in the known p2p universe...
at least get it in right section

monyak i could be wrong..but are u "john"
from the beta forums
or is he just doing more harm than good
"spreading the word" like you...

how much positive response did he actually expect from a forum dedicated
to a particular p2p program
quote from the beta forums thread:

I've posted in the K-Lite forums asking people to join the es5 forums and help in fixing bugs.

The thread isn't going to good. Just a lot of flaming if you ask me. I don't get it, it seems as if people are pissed at new P2P programs coming out...shouldn't people be happy, the more the better

Yeah and i took Daniel's word for more beta and posted a thread there. Its unfortunate people don't care, but once ES5 comes out we can rub it in their faces
what a load of tripe...
there obviously some big money behind all this...
and a bunch of eager little beta testers
running around flogging a p2p ap in wich the resume function is in the too hard basket....the names for things like bandwidth have been replaced by velocity...in some destparate need to be cool and attract ...newbies
who will
end up running around asking
"duh ,whats your velocity?"
and get all put out when the only answer they get is "WTF r u talking about"
i was once supportive of this regardless of the useless porn&dating
monyak cant you see the endless spamming is putting ppl off.....

• Standard Performance Enhancements. ES5 has incorporated all the advanced P2P file sharing technologies that any reputable client must have today including concurrent segmented downloads / swarm downloading, auto-resume downloads, multiple searches simultaneously and metadata support.
im not saying it will never happen
but i find claims like this to be a bit misleading...ATM
