Eh, having reviewed the developers website I don't think an actual file sharing program has been implimented. So far what they've got is an implimentation that creates a local OFF cache. This could be used, for example, to create a file system that stores random blocks of data in place of copyright infringing files. You can insert blocks into that cache to "depreciate" files and retrieve blocks to reconstruct files, but the cache itself isn't yet distributable. Simply put, you can OFF a file and create a link to that file and share the link with other people, but since they don't have access to your cache the link will be useless.

I'd love to give this a try, and after I download their beta and try it out I'll see if we can't use it to share files, but in its current state it's not looking like a WASTE replacement. Though once they figure it out it could probably replace Freenet and revolutionize binary news groups in one fell swoop.
