I dunno legally if he has a leg to stand on (I'd doubt it) as the RIAA has managed to change laws to suit their own devious purposes.

And as much as I'd like to believe this fella's statement would offer some kind of protection, me thinks you'd probably have better luck using 1 pointy heeled shoe to kill a nest of angry fireants.
