P.S.--for my own update, I've found every single thing I originally mentioned on Ebay, even though yes, this is cheating, and EXCEPT for the Bill Nelson recording I mentioned, which I have since found was only ever released on tape, is currently owned and "locked down" by Sony/CBS, and which I'm betting Mr. Nelson himself probably doesn't even have a digital copy of either.
