Yes, that's definitely my most popular one. It's one of my biggest files (that I share) and I always find 56kers leeching it at 0.1kb/s, at which point I just put them out of their misery (and the upload queue breaths a sigh of relief).
(Sorry, not meaning to offend anyone, I just have strong opinions on this. I don't care if you can pull down 2-3kb/s, but there is a limit to ridiculousness.)
