South Park Elementary got a new student who is arab and Hillary is coming to give a speech and Cartman rats to her security detail that there's a terrorist plot to assasinate her based on the new arab student. But there really is a terrorist plot having nothing to do with the student. A Russian agent has somehow put a briefcase nuke up her snatch. A brave secret service agent goes in to disarm it and encounters some terrible creature that kills him. And that's about the end and about all I can remember.
