I agree with Maze:
The Underground sounds cool and covers pretty much anything so there is no need to change it.
As for this forum, how about
:
From Peer To Peer. That would capture something of the community spirit and still not be limited exclusively to the idea of software but rather to the ideas of communication and sharing between equal individuals.
We could complement that with a more descriptive subtitle later on when the forum finds it more permanent form.
