just off the top of my head i think sbc has around 2,500,000 subscribers for it's at home highspeed service. presumably a huge proportion of them file share, say 80%, or some 2 million, tho it's probably more. out of that pool they subpoenaed 176 subscribers. you don't need to understand statistics to know the odds are solidly with the traders, and overwhelmingly so.
