I lowered the peer disconnect interval to 60 and increased the max half open to 800 and added diskio read and write queue and cache of 16384 to protect the hard drive (if it's really needed). 2000 max connections allowed , too many will just slow you down. Not really much to do with uTorrent. It either works well or it doesn't.
