It is a limit and not a bug. Check out KaZaA's FAQ and they tell you all about it. Also, I use Morpheus and not KaZaA (too much evil spyware in KaZaA), and the registry hack doesn't work for morpheus, in the fact that the "LimitBitrate" key doesn't exist.
