A federal judge in Detroit ruled today that the government's warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional and must be stopped immediately.
U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor held that the wiretapping program violated the 1st and 4th Amendments to the Constitution, which protect free speech and prohibit unlawful searches.
