That 'taking into account' leaves me wondering even more. These guys were not working with FastTrack technology and for a group that has obviously put a great effort into their client development they seem to be leaving way too nicely and easily. I can't help getting an impression that a couple of friendly RIAA legal guns have assisted them in that 'taking into account' part...
