section in "Network" prefs; it consists of 5 checkboxes
to allow auto-reconnection to the following networks:

- Changed: the reconnection retry delay logic: instead
of the default 3 seconds, it now increases while the
rating decreases. This is important to avoid the fast
expiration of unconnectable hosts. Read code comments
for more infos.
- Changed: from 8 to 1 the decreasing speed for
unsuccessful reconnection when already connected.
