So did the court order actually say this message needed to be posted on the web site? Suprnova still kept their forums after their torrent listing was shutdown. I don't see how the MPAA's message is necessary, and I'd say that Low Kee has a case against the MPAA for squatting on his domain name. The domain is still up for sale at
Sedo as it has been for a few weeks.
