eMule is in a good position to start its own decentralized network. It is by far the most popular client on the eDonkey network so there will be no shortage of peers or content when the new network starts off officially. The development team is innovative and active and has already mastered serverless features like direct source exchange between the peers. I predict good prospects for the project - there will soon be an important new decentralized network with good offerings especially for movie lovers. And of course, in the healthy open source spirit, for free and with no adware or spyware whatsoever.
