"one man"

Quote:
By exposing themselves to public gaze via file swapping services, paedophiles whose abuse may never have come to light are now more likely to be caught. But with communications technology developing so rapidly, detectives know that their success in bringing down peer-to-peer child porn networks will quickly drive the users to find new and more sophisticated distribution means.

Police found one man...
that pretty much says it all. the whole p2p kiddie porn buggaboo strains credulity. user id's can be established instantly and subpeonnas sent out automatically. open peer to peer networks are transparrent in the extreme and the last thing anyone would use who wants to remain hidden. if the uk cops are finding a lot of porn swappers using p2p's (with the eager help of "community minded" copyright industry pr flacks no doubt), they're obviously missing the real culprits hiding under thier noses.
