Hmm?? Strange http://www.cdfreaks.com/ reported that it was new. So i checked into it on Musicity and nothing there but a check of cnet reports 1.3.1 added on Aug 10.
Kazaa released 1.3 about the same time as MC and they claim it to be a minor revision "1.3.1"

Could it be MC is quiet for a reason?
