This seems to have made the creation and distribution of these kinds of apps ok … at least in that jurisdiction.
It does not make the sharing of copyrighted works ok. That going to take another court action and decision between a copyright holder and a sharer. Probably takes years to wind through the courts.
Any volunteers to test the legal waters?
