A lot of jerks on winmx just let people cycle through and time out without uploading to them so it just looks like they're sharing. I messaged one and he said it was firewall problems but I caught him a month later doing the same thing. Nothing you can do.
Keep at it though, winmx varies radically from day to day and it still has occassional good days when things are great, though they seem to be getting rarer.
