The Swedish Antipiracy Bureau itself embarrassingly got recently caught of using a bribed criminal to plant incriminating evidence to some servers - should a pseudopolice status with some legal credibility be given to such parties? And if they get a pseudopolice status just to maximize their profits, why not to give it to other interest groups that could also maximize their profits or chase their favorite evils more efficiently with some extra powers to snoop on people's online privacy?
