Thumbs up Pirate Bay's evidence machine

When the Swedish officials overturned their earlier decision and granted the local Antipiracy Bureau a temporary permission to collect IP numbers of suspected copyright infringers, it didn't take long from the Pirate Bay guys (officially Pirate Bureau) to do their counterstrike. As the antipirates can deliver only screen captures with some user names, filenames and IP numbers on them as evidence of infringements to the court, this Evidence Machine demonstrates how anybody can fabricate seemingly incriminating screen capture evidence in seconds. Why should any court trust the integrity of copyright businesses, especially when they have been repeatedly proven to use criminal methods themselves to maximize their profits? The Swedish Antipiracy Bureau itself embarrassingly got recently caught of using a bribed criminal to plant incriminating evidence to some servers - should a pseudopolice status with some legal credibility be given to such parties? And if they get a pseudopolice status just to maximize their profits, why not to give it to other interest groups that could also maximize their profits or chase their favorite evils more efficiently with some extra powers to snoop on people's online privacy?
