 The steps I actually follow are even quicker!
1. Right-Click on the Morpheus Icon on the Desktop.
2. Select Target>Open Container (this opens the Morpheus folder)
3. Right-Click on Sig2dat.exe
4. Select Send To>Command Line (this opens the Run Dialog with Sig2dat.exe on it)
5. Drag the textfile and drop it on Run.
6. Click OK

About the Powertoys, if you are talking about TweakUI and the handful of other toys out there then yes, but I haven't really used them myself. Your way does seem a lot quicker. I'm going to have to try out those toys sometime.
