I have a website kind of like what you are talking about. It's not professional quality but it's been working. I only list the file sizes and not startfiles and only of movies. Don't have time to list everything. I only work on it on my free time. Also, I can't provide downloads of startfiles because I'm already reaching my data transfer limit.
