try something like this:
FF - C:\Documents and Settings\***YOU***\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ebc6x0l2.default\Cache
Opera - C:\Documents and Settings\***YOU***\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4
when you've found it, save it to desktop.
