Start>Run>Regedit>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kazaa

There is a thing that says LimitBitrate on the right of your screen. Double click on it, and where it says "Value data:" there is a space below it. If its a 1, change that value to 0 and then you have the 128 kbps limit gone, and you will be able to find the higher bitrates using kazaa.
