I just have to draw a comparision to France's present "wages of socialism".
By providing government subsidized food, housing, medical care, etc., France has succeeded admirably in attracting hords of people from the more difficult environments of the world to enjoy the easy life provided by the socialist welfare state.
Unfortunately that society has little use for the vast numbers of relatively uneducated, unskilled people so they're left to fill their lives with whatever destructive pursuits are available to them...and to reproduce of course.
Now the swelling number of restless youths are expending their energy in the typical fashion; mindless destruction and vandalism of their own neighborhoods.
The wages of socialism once again.
