New Edonkey test v1260

A new test version of Edonkey2000 has been released, v1260:
Fixed since v59:
stop multiple connections from the same node
reduce pinging the servers
fixed some buffer smashing problems
insufficient disk space bug possibly fixed
get server list command
links now treat %20 as a space
Able to stop connecting to list of servers.
Fixed since v1160:
disconnect connect button weirdness
added a new option
