Sadly, this non-issue got the headlines. Wouldn't surprise me if he'd been fed to the wolves to hide the better story... the one about the Governmental purchase of a ridiculous number of smallpox vaccines (I always get nervous when this issue comes up - Floyd may have read up on this) and the completely unrelated, absolutely coincidental bestowing of a sizable donation from the main benefactor.
