Yeah I guess you could do that but instead of worrying too much about RIAA's list, it is better to take sensible precautions in your present and future activities until the hostile situation is somehow resolved... avoid FastTrack and other big public networks, and if you go there, don't share any top-50 type RIAA stuff on them. And if you have kids who don't understand the dangers of the situation but insist on downloading some RIAA crap from Kazaa, just deny the use of the computer from them for a while.... easy, right?
