Sounds good AYB. Will it be open source? At least by setting up a company, you will protect users from lawsuits, and be able to take the shelling yourself.

Unless the RIAA abandons that route, and actually does decided to go after users.

I am sure your client will make a fine first impression, as it seems to be spawned by a true p2p lover.
