... just wondering if i need to make some adjustments to any of my winmx settings ... i'll be downloading a file & it's moving right along ... then someone starts to download from me, which makes my download drop way, way, way down to a crawl ... but theirs is going pretty good ... any suggestions??? anything i can do to keep my download from slowing down?? tis a tad aggravating ...
