Thanks goldie  This has got me banjaxed! Users log into my site (artist, song title etc.) and the incoming line reads "awaiting incoming connection" - and after a while, times out. They don't seem ever to be able to start a download. I have my firewall set exactly as you describe, but I'm greatly puzzled by this phenomenon - shouldn't happen. But of course, winne hasn't got a help file, so that's no comfort!
