use it to grab tracks off your cds and save them as wav on your hard drive
then grab
this to encode those wavs in mp3 format
192kbits (constant) should provide a fair tradeoff between file size and sound quality. for low quality mp3s, i suggest you use 128kbits and for optimal sound quality use 256kbits
