its more like a loudness normalizer because it normalizes rms levels instead of peak amplitude. this is truly
the tool to use if you want your music to be equally loud and save the hassle of passing everything through a digital editor
although it helps you achieve the 83dB SPL standard, imho this is way too low for some types types of music. we do live the digital age after all
