I've used CDEX to rip over 100 full album cuts, I do agree with Jack that there's no easy way to play any selected song on the MP3, it's just like one long song as far as the computer is concerned.
One hint when looking for the complete album MP3 look at the file size, about 60 % of the hits you get are incomplete or are singles some has named with "complete album" or "entire album" in the name.
If you want to use Cdex to rip full albums just look in their FAQ, gives the instructions.
