Being the one before last I'll assume responsibility, so in the name of all involved, included me, thanks for replying.

I wasn't worried about all those files being there while using the program, but since I stopped using it, hundreds of orphan entries left over in the registry is too much.

I have 200+ programs installed.
Maybe 100.000 (?) entries, keys, whatnot in the registry.

So I started to clean house, and is there when Napho's post caught my attention.
