From what I can tell, all of these files are related to ActiveX objects/controls used by Blubster to help it do its job.

Frankly I wouldn't be worried about all this stuff.

The ActiveX controls used are:

ebCrypt is a public domain control used for encryption/decryption.

I couldn't find any info on PSBTRYICON.OCX, but from its name I would assume that it is used to display an icon in the system tray when minimizing Blubster.

ImpulseMP3.OCX is used by Blubster to play MP3s and manage playlists.

I'm not sure about SSMAXMIN.OCX, but it could be a visual control from a company called Infragistics (formerly Sheridan Software) used to allow the user to input values between a given minimum and maximum.

The remaining controls are from Microsoft.
MSCOMCTL.OCX is a set of common visual controls like progress bars, tabbed dialogs, status bars, ...
MSWINSCK.OCX is used for transferring data using the TCP/IP protocol.
MSINET.OCX is used to add browser functionality to Blubster.

Hope this eases your minds a bit.
