AFAIK, the Kazaa uninstaller sucks, but it's fairly easy to do manually.

1. Delete Kazaa folder
2. Delete HKCU\Software\Kazaa and HKLM\Software\Kazaa from the Registry
3. Use Ad-Aware to clean out the rest of the crap.

This leaves a few unimportant regkeys behind but nothing serious.
