it does nt seem like the RIAA really cares too much about legal vs ilegal thay think thay can do what they like it seems to me...

if u got a fake file ,and u could prove (i dont know how) that it was put there by someone working for the RIAA ,could it go to court?
and if it did ,would it be dismissed out of hand..
