Hey, that's a good point - patenting this would only mean that Overpeer would be the only one putting fake files on the FastTrack network.... if any other company (e.g. the RIAA or MPAA) would do this - it would be illegal! This would only limit the amount (and strategy) of bogus files on the network.

Theoretically, even morons that rename huge files could be sued this way Finally they get what's coming to them.
