nice post ssj4_android, i wish him luck. while technical solutions can and do work short term wonders, the long term success of netcasting will remain political. effort has got to go into getting a lethargic congress to overturn carp.
on the other hand, since the carp laws are digital based, "all we need to do" is netcast in the analog realm to get around the ruling - there are no payments required...
