We still do not have any Brilliant Digital or Altnet software bundled in with Grokster. As we understand it, without us changing the code in Grokster to accept this additional "network", Grokster users will not see the paid results that Altnet will provide. We currently have no plans to bundle the Brilliant Digital or Altnet software with Grokster. Even if we were to do so at some point in the future, it would be disclosed in the upgrade and/or download with an opt-out box available to opt-out. All software currently bundled with Grokster can be opted-out of during the install except Cyddor, which is our ad serving software.

Without the Brilliant Digital or Altnet software, nothing can be installed on a Grokster user's computer to use excess CPU cycles or store special files, etc."
