Thankfully, the spyware has remained un protected, and can be removed, some what easily.

I am glad with XP users, they didnt decided to tap into XP's built in file protection system. Otherwise it would be allot hard to remove the components or alter them, like in the cydoor .dll.

Going into safe mode, and being asked to insert your win xp cd, when trying to change protected files, would be a ain to p2p users far and wide.

I dont know why m$ bothered with it in the first place. Trying to delete screen savers, in xp is crazy. Why does m$ consider a screen saver a protected operating system file???
