Yep exactly! I can't see any ISP agreeing to this.
Perhaps Altnet should consider becoming their own isp?!
Na, maybe not - not enough profit making capabilities and definitely not very cost effective.
Leeching bandwidth, having other's footing your bandwidth expense IS absolutely THE way to go.
